After packing and storing everything we own, in a 8x10 storage unit, Mark and I are on the road again, this time for four months. I learned a long time ago to never say never, but told Mark when we started traveling, I never wanted to camp in the summer because of the heat and crowds. Ironically, this trip began on the first day of summer. We are making our way north, slowly but surely, and were pleasantly surprised that our first stop in KY coincided with a break in the record heat they’ve been having. After a weekend of adjusting to a slower paced life, at Moutardier Army Corp of Engineers Park, on Nolin Lake, we pushed into Indiana to Turkey Run State Park. We didn’t realize until arriving that this particular area in Indiana is home to the largest number of covered bridges in the country. One of the hiking trails even takes you across one of the older ones. We enjoyed this park and were very thankful for our very shady campsite!

Sounds like quite the adventure. We can't quite get the energy to clear out the house and sell it, but we know that's coming soon. Especially with a little more space in our Flying Cloud. Happy trails to you both. We head to Canada the end of July for a month.
